When writing a post on Spectrum for the last two days I have been unable to use @ tags or emojis in my messages. Any time that I do, enter stops working to 'send' the message into the chat, and starts behaving as if I have pressed alt-enter. Steps to reproduce: Use any browser (tested both Chrome and FireFox) Type a message that includes an emoji or a user tag '@' tag Press enter What should happen Message should send What did happen Line returns as if alt-enter was pressed Message will not send Workaround Copy the message Refresh the page Paste the message Press enter to send This does not appear to be universal, and does seem to be browser agnostic. Logging out and back in, deleting authentication data, etc do not seem to resolve the issue. *edit - this also affects PMs and replies to posts (like this one), not just the chat itself. ** edit 2 - Have not had this issue on phone (chrome), only on PC. Reaction emojis also no longer show the user that reacted on mouse over.
