Like the title says, we need the ability to both upvote or downvote posts and comments here on Spectrum like Reddit. Too many time, let's say a QA thread, ridiculous questions such as, "When will we have Space Whales!?!?11" get's voted to the top that has nothing to do with the QA whatsoever. It detracts from the post and other, more legitimate questions get buried.
