Greetings Community. Now this problem has been around for quite a while and despite some experienced bugfinding people trying to collect clues on it, the cause eludes us. Hence we ask for your help. Reproduction: 1. Go to the RSI website and login. 2. Open Spectrum, maybe chat a little, maybe write a reply to a thread. 3. Spawn additional tabs. Actual result: Your access will be denied at some point and you will have to log in again. Expected result: That you have to log in only once, until you either close your browser or log out (depending on the "remember me" setting when you log in). Technical reproductibility: For some people 5, for others maybe 1. Of course we have already collected some clues. but since they were not conclusive, we will not name them for now, so that you may have fresh eyes on the matter. When you experience this issue, please give us these informations: 1. What is your operating system? 2. What is your browser and it's version? 3. What plugins do you use? 4. What is your internet connection speed? 5. How did you log in? 6. What did you do, some while before you were access denied until you actually were? 7.
