Hi, my journey to joining (purchasing mustang starter pack) went as follows - (Bugs highlighted in bold) In firefox, visit pledge store, click 'Game packages', nothing loads. (console shows javascript error among many other CORS errors) Tried another computer, also firefox, same deal. Tried the RSI launcher browser, 500 error. Logged in / out, tried my husbands account, cleared cache, cleared cookies, no dice. Went to forum, asked for help, some useful feedback, gave me a link to this forum to post website bugs, no 'New Thread' button because i haven't purchased a pledge yet. OK... Let's just try adding the mustang from the direct link sent in help forum, GREAT, it added to cart... wait there is no checkout button in firefox at top right. Change browser to Chrome, ok great.. i can add to cart.. the cart button is there... here we go.... now enter billing address. Dropdown for country, nothing to click, ok try typing.. England, nope.. ok, no dropdown, cant type england... ok let's type United Kingdom, ok still nothing, go back to forum.... Tab back to chrome, oh united kingdom has appeared after some long period of time in a dropdown all on its own, great it must be feeding from my text as some kind of auto complete. State... no dropdown... ok, type my state... wait... wait.. 30 seconds later, YES the dropdown appears, ok click. And the rest of the process worked, i paid with PayPal and now I can post a thread here, fantastic. So to sum up, the issues: In firefox, game packages do not load (blank) In RSI launcher, game packages do not load (500 error) In firefox, there is no checkout/cart icon/button In chrome the dropdowns on the billing address form are bizarre, not sure if they are supposed to be dropdowns or auto complete. I hope that this helps because having this kind of barrier to a player becoming a pledge member is ... bad.
