When viewing the list of threads in a forum you can sort them by "Hot" or by "Last Activity", but what do these terms actually mean? Hot doesn't seem to have any correlation to how active the thread is. Last Activity is clearly not based on the most recent post since I just saw a thread whose last post was 10 hours ago get sorted higher than a thread whose last post was 35 minutes ago. I'd like to hear an official answer from Turbulent rather than simply speculation from the community.
