I have 0 experience in coding and very little in modding so i was hoping someone with ambition could make this idea a reality for when multi monitor support comes out. Im not sure if someone already thought of this or not but i think it would be really cool to have a split view so you wouldn't have to look down to change settings in single manned ships for people who have an extra monitor below or above their primary. i want this in particular because i have a touch screen tablet that doubles as a monitor and it would be so much more immersive if i could fly the ship and change the settings with a pitch fixed camera on the ships ui. also having the mobiglas pop up on the 2nd monitor when you hit f1 would help you keep situational awareness while flying.
