Why does the "AEGIS HAMMERHEAD BEST IN SHOW LIVERY" have a "Apply Uograde" button? But "CRUSADER MERCURY NIGHTRUNNER SKIN" and "F7A MILITARY HORNET Upgrade" didn't If Instead of buying the CRUSADER MERCURY STAR and F7C-M in the store and buy them directly using UEC in the game, can I still use the "CRUSADER MERCURY Trunner SKIN " and "F7A MILITARY HORNET Upgrade" ?
