a concept ship im working on in my spare time (moved from archive, plus updates) The whole idea is for the ship to be able to spin on a point very quickly in space and engage ships/projectiles in a C-RAM fashion by putting up a a stream of fire to intercept. The sphere at the back is a huge gyroscope for the ship to be able to spin on the spot with high accuracy and speed. the engines placement will aid this function also. The middle section is purely fuel, reactor, computers etc.
