Hi All! This here's the Viking. Designed primarily for hunting down larger freighters and relieving them of their precious booty, this ship has excellent forward firepower, great speed for its size and an expansive cargo hold. Approximately the size of a Perseus, the Viking trades out the S7 turrets for 2 fixed S8's (probably distortion) and two quad S3 laser turrets with a total of 48 S3 missiles in deploy-able launchers for dealing with those pesky escorts. The powerful engine nacelles not only rotate but traverse forward into its landing position, giving it better stability while landing, and the cargo hold can easily be used as a large deployment bay for ground vehicles and infantry in a pinch, making for an excellent dropship. So, tell me what you think. Is it overpowered? does the design fit Drake? would you fly it? What would you change about it? I hope you all like :stuck_out_tongue:
