I was bored and couldn't find any info on Upcoming Star Citizen related things. So what do I do? Well, I'm a little bit of an artist, so, screw it. I'll design a Ship! But was never really into Sci-fi, but I loved aircraft so, I decided to try anyways. It's a simple CAD mock up sketch, I havn't done 3D modeling in ages, so forgive me, I won't actually be making a physical ship, but if anyone is interested in furthering the concept art, feel free. I may update later on with the feel of the interior, and a few fine tuning with the overall shape in general. So this is the Stingray Amphibian, by a fictional ship manufacturer named GeKo. GeKo has an HQ located in Terra, but their former origins branch off from the Central Africa region of Earth in Sol. They manufacture Civilian, Touring, and really just specialize in Amphibious/Exotic ships in the mid/high end. The Stingray, is a medium Touring/Exotic ship with room for a crew of two. As an exotic ship, they come in various exotic colors, but can be bought in flat color selection as well. There is a possibility to obtain a Stingray with 2x "Size 2" weapons for self defense. The interior is unique, but it does have the essentials. There's a dual bunk bed configuration on one side of the main cabin, but the step up is apart of the floater hull, and its made of Diamon laminate glass. This provides an excellent sight seeing view when flying over cities, or because it's an amphibian, landed or gliding through water. Between the unique lifted engine tails, is a rear access door which serves as the entrence. It's got a short deck that provides for the ship to be docked at low docks, which the lifted engine tails provide no obstacle for.
