Hey guys.. newly returned from limbo... Not all that tech savvy. But have have a LOT of spare time and a new (good PC system).... What would people suggest for playing with Modding things like Ship add-ons and module ideas and stuff for in our Hangars/bases if we get them? Thanks in advance
