Introducing the Origin Echelon, a mid-sized, alien inspired ship focused on luxury, high cruise speeds, and bleeding edge technology. (Edit: role has been changed to Aegis stealth support ship, originally built to compliment the Aegis Avenger in police work) Features a highly-modular two decks interior and a detachable command pod. Currently still under construction. This is the fifth time I have completely redesigned the ship. Stay tuned for future updates! Current stage: Rebuilding hull for finer detail Planned variants Aegis Echelon Blue: Old original variant built to compliment the Avenger. Good sensors and command/control, acts as a small police headquarters for policing fringe territories or for coordinating swat actions. Heaviest variant, not modular. Kind of old fashioned. Features a war room and computer stations for small fleet command and planning, as well as cryo cells for prisoners Aegis Echelon Black: Updated version with stealth armor and new materials, built for EVAing large numbers of troops onto a big target directly after the Eclipses have immobilized it. Can also be fitted to carry the glider, which it uses to deploy 2-3 commandos from orbit, but maybe the glider is a one-way trip so the command ship needs to fly down and pick them up after. Aegis Echelon Grey: Like the black, but the 2nd floor has been stripped for more cargo space, and extra lift engines have been added. This is for discreet cargo that cannot afford to be intercepted or scanned. May not be legally available to the public, but a few have somehow become available on the black market. Aegis Echelon White: Luxury variant for VIP transport. More expensive than a Phoenix. Very modular.
