On November 16th, 2021, I launched a new " Pencil Divination " : the purpose of this personnal performance is to present an own creation, based on an CIG announcement. For the MISC Endurance, my work started from the "ship talk" teasers during CitizenCon 2021. At that time, the only information provided then was that it was a large MISC-branded exploration vessel, complete with three conceptual shapes. Finally, my MISC Endurance doesn't look much like the final concept of CIG : the MISC Odyssey. Where the Odyssey is a clumsy flying base akin to the Endeavour, the Endurance is more of a nimble Carrack competitor based on the overall MISC Reliant shape and bow of the MISC Hull series. It is however interesting to note that there existed a CIG concept of the MISC Odyssey resuming the characteristic Reliant shape. I invite you to consult the jumppoint on the Odyssey to look that :slightly_smiling_face: Specifications : Focus : Expedition Length : 70m Beam : 110m Height : 16m Size : Large Mass : 3,100,000kg Cargo capacity : 250 SCU Min crew : 2 Max crew : 6 Description : The MISC Endurance is a precise, adaptable and maneuverable long-range exploration response. The ship embeds on its stern a mixed anchoring system, allowing it to accommodate a ship of the Reliant series as a snub. This system creates pressurized and secure access to the Reliant, allowing it to perform the role of crew and supply shuttle, scout aircraft or escort fighter. In addition to its powerful rear thrusters, the MISC Endurance offers two strong wing thrusters switch to VTOL mode on landings, making the endurance a skillful ship on planetary surfaces, despite its size. Defense is ensured by three twin size 4 turrets. The upper and lower turrets are remotely operated. The rear turret is manned. The ship performs well in the detection and analysis of exploration data, thanks to its two huge sensing antennas and its bay of six autonomous drones.
