Hello there! Fellow star citizens and I are helping on a personal but professional localization project for Star Citizen PU to Spanish language (Spain). For LQA purposes we need to translate the global.ini file to excel so we can share it to others for feedback and reference. One of us made a script which works but we are sometimes getting errors regarding the encoding of the global.ini file and we don't know why. The error can be seen at the image. So we wanted to ask here which type of encoding global.ini is using, as it would be useful to potentially get rid of the errors.
