There have been a few threads about this recently https://github.com/ShipBit/wingman-ai#installing-wingman-ai ---------- This project has a tonne of potential, any my understanding is that they use the openAI API rather than chatGPT itself but thats all (although my understanding of all this is very amateur), whereas their own work is entirely opensource. (be aware that tis utility program is free, but the AI services it utilises is not, you will end up having to pay for the AI services) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UO_i1GhjElQ&t=66s Essentially this is voice attack with a shittonne more clever command recognition and immersive responses. It's quite impressive and I've only just scratched the surface really. I really hope CIG is watching this project, as this kind of interactive immersion tech imo is set to revolutionise the industry. I'd happily chat with an AI about the verse while I fly around, and if that program was allowed to actively see the game files it would be insane. Asking ATC what the weather is like outside and being told the correct answer is so small and huge at the same time. In previous CIG posts on this subject there were valid and well perceived concerns about allowing external entities access to proprietary server information, and that might be a blocker for this as well. But its hella interesting. the Youtuber Knebel appears involved in this too, which is great https://star-head.de/
