So recently not long ago I switched from my old AMD processor to an Intel i7 7700. After I installed everything, I turned it on and I noticed you could hear the fans kick in very faintly can you hear it. My friend me some dumb shit saying "Don't worry about it, It has to do something with your case" (I'm not actually sure if that's the case). But I've tried many solutions online on how to solve this but some people are telling me it's something with the bios and some are saying My disk is going bad. I really don't know what to do at this point.
