Since SC doesn't have a benchmark, and isn't included in reviews, I'm wondering if there's a consensus on certain performance factors like AMD 3D Cache. Here's an example: it seems to me that the 13900K is a little faster for most games than the 7950X, but I have a sneaking suspicion that having more full-fat cores might be more important for SC. I'm wondering the same about the 3D Cache: is it likely that the same performance uplift seen in games with the 5800X3D would be duplicated in SC, or is there some peculiarity about the engine that might negate that advantage? I currently use a 3950X, and it does use all 16 cores, though perhaps only the first 4-8 are used heavily. Update: It looks like AMD will only be released 3D cache on 6 and 8 core parts, so it'll be interesting to see where performance lands relative to the 7950X.
