I really need to update my PC. GPU will be the first item on my list although my CPU is a AMD 3800X and has a lower score on the telemetry page, which sadly is not updating for 3.19. My issue is that I use a 3440x1440 monitor which is currently run by my 2070. Stats wise the 7900 XT is better having compareable if not better TMU and ROP aswell as a compareable Texel rate and quite higher Pixelrate. As I understand it Pixelrate is one of the more important stats to push pictures to higher resolutions. Thats currently a bottleneck with my 2070 which I run on upscaling on the CUDA cores which alone gives me over 10 fps in SC running it at 2500x1080 ish So in theory the 7900 XT should perform a bit better in high resolutions than the 4070ti. I am wondering if any of you have a similar setup, at least a 21:9 monitor with that resolution. My Monitor is a Samsung and native Hz is 75 I believe, which is very convenient because I don't have to achieve as high of a framerate to not have to deal with tearing. Thoughts?
