I recently upgraded from a 12900k to a new AMD 7800x3d I have 64 Gigs of G Skill 6000 Ram running in EXPO at 6000 speed 4080 Super Samsung 990 SSD Drives optimized for performance. I can run No Mans Sky at 180 FPS in 4k Ultra but in SC I now have a terrible stuttering issue in game. I am getting around 40-50 fps at Seraphim which is more than what I was getting before but now I have horrible frame drops that drop down into the 15-20 range and then it will jump back up to 40-50 Obviously something is wrong. If anyone has any ideas please feel free to post.
