I'm wondering what the fps cap is on the Ryzen 5 3600 on low settings when neither the ram nor the gpu are the bottlenecks. I own a 3600 along with 32 gigs of ddr4 and an RX 480 8gb. I understand the RX 480 is my bottleneck, im getting lows of around 27 fps and i'm looking to upgrade to a 6800 xt. I don't trust sites that tell me the star citizen fps with the 3600 because they aren't accurate even when plugging my components into them, they give me wild numbers. This site in particular https://pc-builds.com/fps-calculator/result/0U90UZ/6i/star-citizen/1920x1080/ tells me that the RX 480 should be getting around 84 fps minimum on low settings at 1080p. im getting roughly 30 fps on low setting most of the time so yeah that's not right. Was wondering if anyone could give me insights into the 3600 because it's going to be my bottleneck when I upgrade the gpu.
