Bit of history. When I start to play SC (2013) I build the rig for it but also other sim games. i5 3570k MSI Z77Mpower 16Gb Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 Intel SSD 240Gb GTX 660Ti from MSI Long time pass and system is still working but not in my hands. I sold it like 2 years ago. Was busy working so got myself a gaming laptop Asus Zephyrus i7 10750H with RTX 2070Super 16Gb memory. Best laptop I have seen btw.But runs very very hot in SC particularly other games are OK. I settled and looking to upgrade to tower. I know prices are crazy. Any advice? Where to start? I know SC is NOT optimised but some folks are running it well. Whats the secret? Oh forget budget 2000
