Looking to buy a new CPU this week and need to choose between the i7 8700k and the i5 8600k. I will only use it for SC, DCS and some FPS games. Does SC make use of virtual cores and hyperthreading or just physical cores? If just physical cores is there any point getting the 8700k over the 8600k (£100 price differnce).
