Looking to start a new pc build, since the last one I started for SC in 2013 is about to be 10 years old. Not counting the video cards trying to keeps its around $1500 US. What is best? Core count or overall mHz speed? Dont do much except gaming on home pc so was wondering if the I9 would be worth the extra $$. Want to have something i can upgrade in the future, so guessing 13th gen? Im not very up to date on all the new hdwr out there. And im not a spring chicken anymore so hard to keep up on all the new stuff, and it all changes so fast now days. Was never a super builder, but able to make a good system with the right questions.. and ram. Lots and lots of ram... not looking to get top of line gcu since it only takes 6 months for them to be out dated.. so that would be something to buy later.. Thanks in advanced.
