I find it difficult to find such, but surely that must exist. I would like to see a chart of the approximate performance per watt of various GPUs (AMD and nVidia) over the years. I find this interesting in regards to cooling noise and heat management. Side question: Anyone got a good understanding of whether underclocking/-volting improves a GPU's performance-to-watt ratio or only worsens it with overclocking/-volting beyond factory default? Such a chart for CPUs would be interesting, too. In general I assume the energy efficiency makes significant steps whenever a smaller (nm) architecture is utilized, but I have no idaa how much.
