I need a little advice on graphics card. I'm currently using the following in my system. System: I7-5820k 3.30 GHZ 32 G ram GTX 980-4G I know I am likely better off getting a new system with better cpu and card. but can not afford it yet. so looking for a graphic card to boost fps a little. I'm not looking for a super high rate but something better than 30-40 fps on good days and empty servers to 17 - 30 fps in area 18. are the gtx 1660 good value for a little increase or should a wait a bit for the rtx 2070 to go down a bit more in price.
