I think this has been discussed before, but just in case any newer players are having fps issues with older cards. NVIDIA cards and geforce experience have been updated with "Image scaling", this weekend I did some testing as my old card is struggling (NVIDIA 1060 6GB GTX). Without image scaling Average fps running at 1080p: 15-50 fps Graphics quality: High Scattered: Low Terrain: Low Volumetric Clouds: Off Sharpening: Off Film Grain: Off Combat would see a constant low of 15-20 fps which made PVP horrible. If you have an older NVIDIA card and are able to utilize image scaling, this is a guide on how to get it up and running: How to Enable NVIDIA Image Scaling | NVIDIA (custhelp.com) - https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5280/~/how-to-enable-nvidia-image-scaling A simple quick step guide: Open NVIDIA control panel Manage 3D settings In General tab, select "Image Scaling" and choose "On" (once you click apply, wait for it to fully take effect, then REBOOT PC) Open NVIDIA Geforce Experience Select the cog symbol in top right corner Select "Turn On experimental features" Scroll down and select "Turn on Image Scaling" Select your desired scaling factor (I recommend 85% and about 30% sharpening) Select the "optimize" when this popup appears, if not it can be done in game also Open game, go to options, then graphics tab Select the resolution that matched the resolution of your chosen scaling factor. Enjoy! This is the process I went through, and I found I was able to get over 90 fps on the same graphic settings! So I upped the graphics settings and these are the results: With image scaling (85% scale factor at 30% sharpening) Average fps running at 1080p: 30-85 fps (in places such as habs or elevators I could get up to 90 fps) Graphics quality: Very High Scattered: High Terrain: High Volumetric Clouds: High Sharpening: 30% (to match NIVIDIA settings) Film Grain: On During combat I found I was able to get an average of 40 fps, which was much better to PVP with! Hope this helps!
