I know the current "game killer" is the CPU, but in my case, the bottleneck is the GPU, the GPU is both memory and load overloaded and also throttled by PCIE2.0. I think that a more recent video card, even without unlocking the PCI-e 3.0 (if there is sufficient memory), will solve some of the problems. The local price for the 1080ti is about $170, the same as for the 2070, 2070s - $240. The 1080ti is a very dangerous buy blindly.
