I'm working at diagnosing a problem with my CPU voltages, and I want to eliminate the software I'm using to monitor them as a problem (HWinfo). I need to confirm that the voltages are actually reaching the levels it's reporting, so I'm going to measure them on the motherboard using a multimeter/oscilloscope. I have a background in electrical systems, but not much in the way of delicate electronics. I'm hoping there's a hobbyist or technician out there who can help me figure out what pins/contacts on the board to use. I'm specifically looking to measure the SoC voltage generated by the voltage regulation circuitry on the motherboard. I don't think that's the same as the VRM output. Without a schematic or more experience, I'm a little lost.
