How much performance gain do AMD GPUs get when applied to a vulkan game when comparing to Geforce GPUs? - Hardware

If I were to play a game with directx12 using GPUs that are 1:1 performance from AMD and Geforce, and then switch over to Vulkan on that same game with the same settings, what kind of performance increase in % would I expect to see the AMD GPUs get?
