So a couple weeks ago I bought a new motherboard, GTX 1070, and 16 gb of ram. Everything besides a cpu. So now I bottle neck in my games hard. So right now most of you guys think I should get a new cpu. You're right, but I can't ATM. So I'm going to have to keep working on my freezing/fps drops I used to have AMD but now I have nvidia, and and AMD ussually had it pretty easy to see to manage your GPU usage to over clock n such. I'm very foreign to nvidia's control panel. Any help on this?
