I know i5 4690 is only a 4 core cpu it does run at a base freq. of 3.5GHz with turbo of 3.9GHz, so if this cpu is coupled with something like a gtx 1060 6gb video card maybe it could run SC at better then just minimum specs? Of course that's with 16gb ram and ssd.
