my stepson built an i7-7700 on an MSI - z370 motherboard - 32gb of ddr4 @27500 and an Nvidia 1050ti - 650 watt power supply. when we hit the power button, the lights will flash for a second but not power up. we took everything apart and rebuilt it and i am confident we got everything in the right place. i have no clue why it wont power up so i came here
