Used to run SC just fine a few builds ago, but now I'm running into more and more super-low framerate sessions, lots of stuttering, and various other problems. I know some of it is going to be due to alpha instability and bugs, but I think my hardware probably needs some improvement since I built this PC way back in like 2005 and have only upgraded parts (GPU and HDD) once a few years ago. Here's what I'm working with currently: CPU: Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.80GHz Mainboard: Gigabyte P55A-UD3 RAM: 2x Kingston PC3-14200 (889MHz) DDR3, 8GB Dual Channel GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 I've been told by some folks on discord that I need to upgrade the motherboard and CPU to even see any returns, would like more opinions.
