Before anyone goes there. Buying a new system anytime this year is not an option and possibly not even next year. This question is on behalf of my son in law whose system is as follows: OS Windows 10 Motherboard 1155 CPU i5 3470 Memory 16gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz Graphics GTX 1060 6gb card Storage 500gb ssd Storage 1tb 7200rpm HD The i7 3770 cpu would at least be a fairly inexpensive upgrade with the advantage of having 4 cores and 8 threads.
