If anyone else is experiencing their joysticks being swapped after rebooting because windows re-ordered them, you can use this command to have SC remap all the buttons quickly: pp_resortdevices joystick 1 2 Where 1 and 2 are the two you want swapped. I used Dual sticks and a throttle for buttons so I had to try a few times to figure out which one was which but I was able to get it back to normal quickly with a few tries.
