I'd put this in "Ask the Devs" but they're probably up to their cute chins in work, but when will playing SC on a hard drive yield performance that can catch up with an SSD? I have a good GPU -1080 and an i3 level CPU with 8GB of ram so I don't expect 60fps and beyond right off the bat, but I do know an SSD will make performance more caring for me, the g@mer.
