I wanted to see if anyone, using a logitech x56 HOTAS has had this issue. I am unable to verify if hardware failure or if others have seen this problem. When using the HOTAS, there will be random instances where the throttle forward and throttle backward will be randomly swapped or reversed (meaning forward becomes backwards and backwards becomes forwards) and this affects my keyboard control as well. Checking the controls in game show correct settings. It will also randomlly go to 3rd person, turn on cruise, disable coupled, and sometimes initiate self-destruct. sometimes, it will intermittently swap forward and backward or randomly stop forward thrust as well I do not want to just pour money into a new HOTAS if this is a known issue with a known fix. Update * it was a bad throttle.
