CPU 6700k Ram 16 GB GPU 1080 Sea Hawk / do to lack of SLI support need to run them on one GPU . considering TI if needed . Im looking for TV's in the 39" to 43" range at about 4' foot distance . should i be looking at 1080p or 4K at that distance ? Or get 4K and down scale to 1080p ? is there an FPS increase with down scaling ? Is "effective refresh rate 120Hz" = 60Hz ? " adequate or wait for 144Hz TV's in my 39" to 43" size range to come out ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
