Today Nvidia has announced its new RTX technology for games (https://www.geforce.com/whats-new/articles/nvidia-rtx-real-time-game-ray-tracing). This groundbreaking tech will make games look super realistic. RTX is what would take Star Citizen to a whole new level of graphics as well as fix current flaws in lighting system. On release day of Star Citizen (assuming 4 years from now) there would probably be 2nd or even 3rd generation of graphic cards on the market supporting this RTX technology. It would be a shame if SC wouldn't take advantage of it. Please CIG.
