Most are having issues with CTD and Graphic anomalies currently on drivers 418.81 and the latest one today, 418.91. I tested my system with a GTX 1080ti with the latest drivers, did not have the same issue as I did with the RTX 2080ti. I did several tests between different server runs on each card. CTD everytime I was outside of Grimhex with 2080ti and ran perfect on the 1080ti. I just want to get this out there in cause you are running into issues.
