Currently sitting on a heavily overclocked I9-9940x (4.8ghz) and a 1080ti @ ~2ghz and getting ~20-30FPS in 4k at ultra high, what's reqquired to get 60FPS at 4k? 3090? Or would I be better with a 3080ti? What about RAM, I'm running 64GB, should I upgrade to 128gb? Or do I just need to go and reevaluate my aspirations as even a computer built to a budget that would make the US Department of Defense wince cannnot attain 60+ FPS @ 4k?
