The other day I tried booting up my PC I received a sound I had not heard from my computer before and it failed the POST and a bright LED was on the motherboard. The video card was showing a failure, which seemed unlikely. My first thought was the power supply was going out. I unplugged some of the other peripherals and tried to boot it up again and then the memory failure light came on. I restarted the computer and it started right up (no video card failure in sight, or memory). I ordered a new PSU and installed it and the computer booted up just fine. Booted the computer again today and it did the same thing... Warning beeps and video card failure LED. Now I'm worried the motherboard might be on the verge of failure... Any insights on how to test for mobo failure?
