Wondering if it's still worth keeping a PC hardware out to date. Shadow PC is now offering a virtual pc for 35$ a month capable of streaming 1080p up to 144Hz, and 4K at 60Hz . NVIDIA GeForce Now is in beta and coming soon that will offer the same services, Parsec.tv where HP tapped the startup for streaming in its Omen PC. And Google rumored to be working on its game streaming console codenamed Yeti. All of a sudden, it seems like the idea of running games from the cloud is much more feasible than it was... So is it worth it to invest on a PC anymore ? Edited: Here you go, even Google is now part of it. Google Stream Services (in test in US: https://projectstream.google.com/aco/location) Amazon (Parsec.tv) or use Parsec.tv with your own computer NVidia (Shield) or use Moon-light Streaming with your own computer with NVidia Card.
