Current PC Build, Alienware R9 RTX 2070 Super 8GB GDDR6 2TB SSD 16GB Dual Channel HyperX(FM) FURY DDR4 XMP @ 2933MHZ 9th Gen Intel i7 9700K (8 core) Want to completely swap out the existing ram for: HyperX Fury 32GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM (Kit of 2) Black XMP Desktop Memory HX432C16FB3K2/32 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WJJJ5M6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 Looking for feedback from anyone who has upgraded the R9 before or on the type of RAM. Some online research has led me to believe it's not a simple plug and play and there might be some setting I need to change in the Bios upon swapping the RAM out. Did the upgrade today. At first I had a bit of trouble because I thoughtt he RAM was put in but it actually wasn't and I got no RAM detected error. Got the RAM in and my CPU detects the 32GB and the 3200MHZ speed. So going to try SC out tonight to see if there is a difference.
