My monotor is a 49" Samsung Curved Ultrawide (CHG90) with FreeSync 2. In all of the benchmarks I've seen today, the RTX 2070 Super edges out the RX 5700 XT by around 2%, at $100 more and it also has ray tracing. Gsync is compatible with FreeSync, so which one is better, and would I even notice the difference. I plan on upgrading next year, to whatever is best for playing SC in VR, so what I get now is just meant to get me by until then. Here's a video of Gsync enabled on my monitor:
