Hello Citizens! My system broke last week and now I am looking for something new. My old system didn't run recent games so well, so repairing it isn't worth a consideration. My favored specs so far: CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x Mainboard: MSI X470 Gaming Pro GPU: RTX 2080 RAM: 32GB @ 3000MHz 2x500GB Samsung 970 Pro M.2 I know 32gb ram are somewhat overkill for gaming, but I need to run virtual machines for work. When the new 7nm ryzen generation comes out this year, I'll buy a new Ryzen equivalent instead of the 2700x instead. My questions is: Is a rtx 2080 good for a 3440x1440 resolution? With good I mean running games at 60+fps most of the time. The reasons I want to have an ultrawide screen are better programming experience and obviously a little more immersion in most games :smile: Thanks for help!
