I recently go a XFX5700DD Ultra and it is clocked at 2000mhz but utilization rarely goes above 50% and the clock frequency is always dropping down to 800mhz and lower sometimes in game. It is not throttling as the temp is cool. Has anyone else had these issues? Edit; Sorry for not getting back to my own post but work put my life on hold. People are asking about my system and I should have put specs in the OP. Here they are: My CPU is i7 4770k that I run at 4.2ghz on all cores. I have 16 GB of 2400ghz DDR3, SSD drives, and good internet. Thanks for all the replies. I will we upgrading my system when Intel TigerLake hits the market.
