Well I finally made enough offers on used GPU's and scored an EVGA 1080ti that is 3 months old for $600. The used market prices on ebay, craigslist, and facebook are definitely falling and getting more and more reasonable. Was only ran for 3 months and looks like it was under-clocked to preserve energy costs. I think the GPU market is finally turning. However, one problem I see with recommending people buy used mining cards is that these cards might need to be flashed. I can't wait to see the new item (not used) market with prices where they should be.
