Can anyone advise me on how to deal with this issue? Yesterday I logged in the game after 2 1/2 years. I created a new character and went into the game. When I pressed the "Y" and got up, my character stands only his head is pointed down. When I pressed the "Z" key to pivot the character's head, only it doesn't pivot the head up or down. It just stays stuck in that position. I tried just about everything and watched so many videos on the "new" camera system and had no recourse but to reset the character. I did that and created a new character, and tried with the same problems when I stood up, "again" the character's head point down to the floor. It was suggested to unplug my HOTAS stick and "peripherals" which I did and again, no results. I've done an entire PC reintall of windows 10 and nothing works. I've written tech support who referred me to here because others have had this same problem and may know how to solve it. Can anyone suggest what to do? If I can't get this worked out, I'll have no other choice but to sells my 10 ship fleet and get out of the game altogether. Thanks.
