Hey folks, starting to look at possible upgrade paths and I'd love to hear some suggestionssuggestionssuggestions. Here's the current system: Intel - i7-4930k (slight OC to 4.3 GHz) Asus - X79 Deluxe mother boardboard Crucial - Ballistix Tactical 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (8,8,8,24) Asus - Radeon R9 295X2 (driving a 34" ultrawide 3440 x 1440) Samsung - 850 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (OS - Win 10 Pro) Samsung - 840 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (games) Western Digital - Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (everything else) I'm starting to look at replacing the GPU. With Crossfire being so under utilized, the potential of the 295x2 is lost, especially in SC currently where it's actually better to disable Crossfire to avoid all of the texture tearing. Hoping the the CPU will still be viable for a while, but it can't hurt to explore options. Any and all opinions welcome. Thanks in advance.
